Made of ultra-fine grain carbide blank with hardness up to HRA 92–93 , far harder than HSS-E and HSS-PM steel taps. It maintains stable rigidity and sharp tooth profile under high torque and high-speed continuous tapping, no softening or deformation. -
Ultra-Long Tool Service Life
Carbide material delivers excellent wear resistance and heat resistance. The service life of micro carbide forming taps is 8–15 times longer than conventional steel forming taps , drastically reducing tool replacement frequency and production downtime for micro-thread mass production.
